Bernice Dapaah is a young Ghanaian rising social entrepreneur. She holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the Institute of Commercial Management UK and Bachelors in Business Administration from the Christian Service University College in Kumasi Ghana. She has over a decade work experience in both the profit and non-profit industries.
She is the founder of Ghana Bamboo Bikes Initiative has created employment opportunities and sustainable livelihood job skills for the youth through the building of high quality handcrafted bamboo bikes for the international export markets. This initiative has created 35 jobs so far; 25 bike builders and 10 farmers, contributing to poverty reduction in the rural Ghana
