President Uhuru Kenyatta presented his State-of-the-Nation Address for the year 2017.
According to the president, Kenya's public wage bill stands at 627 Billion shillings per year, amounting to 50% of the total revenues collected by the Government.
Can this be true? Is it possible for a country to spend 50% of its total revenue on just 2% of its population?
