Ace Broadcaster Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) who is alleged to have raped 19-year old Ewuraeffe Orleans Thompson will have to spend a week more behind bars following the adjournment of his case to January 13.
The adjournment was given after KKD's lawyers served the prosecution with a 34 paragraph affidavit which needs thorough study.
On those grounds, the judge of the Human Rights Court approved an adjournment. The accused himself (KKD) was not present at the proceedings.
