Chief Executive Officer of Despite Group Of Companies, Kwame Osei, popularly known as 'Despite' is giving out gifts to widows in Accra.
The presents include poultry bird, 'This Way' chocolate drink and a whole lot.
The items have been stuffed in a vehicle which has been to some parts of Accra like Dome and Haatso. Many widows have received gifts for this Christmas from Despite.
