Sarkodie Hasn't Made History - Okyeame Quophi

TV/Radio presenter, Okyeame Quophi, a member of the defunct hiplife group, Akyeame doesn't agree with Sarkodie's claim to have made history by having a sold out concert at the Apollo Theater.

According to Quophi he together with Okyeame Kwame, performed to a mixed crowd at the legendary auditorium in 2000. And their performance was witnessed by Daddy Lumba.

“Akyeame was the first Hiplife Duo to play at the AppolloTheatre to a mix crowd so huge the police came to stop the show.This was in 2000 with daddy lumber.Don’t distort the history. Which history is in the making??”

Sarkodie headlined the History In The Making concert yesterday with performances from Ice Prince, Banky W, E.L, Shatta Wale, Bisa Kdei and many others.
