Dr. Ali-Gabass Jailed 25 Years For Defiling 16-year-old Boy

Dr. Sulley Ali-Gabass, a senior medical doctor at the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital has been sentenced to 25 years' imprisonment for defiling a 16-year-old boy.

He was alleged to have had unnatural carnal of the boy between the months of October 2013 and April, 2014.

Dr. Ali-Gabass who has been standing trial for sodomy was in custody over a two-count charge of defiling a minor under 16 years and unnatural carnal knowledge.

However, he was acquitted on the second count of unnatural carnal knowledge.

The senior medical officer had anal sex with a 16-year-old senior high school student who has now been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
