Six suspects accused of aiding Nayele Ametefeh to transport 12.5kg of cocaine to the United Kingdom are expected to appear in court today.
The accused persons, Alhaji Dawood, a businessman, Nana Akua Amponsah and Sadalia Sandra Nuhu( the two girls who escorted Nayele to the airport) and three other officials at the Kotoka International Airport are facing charges in Ghana for their role in helping Nayele Ametefeh to smuggle 12.5kg of cocaine into the UK. They have all been denied bail.
Nayele has however pleaded guilty to all her charges and is expected to reappear before court on January 5, in the United Kingdom.
